I've been struggling for so long. After the breakup and the subsequent tossing of the birth control pills, I felt 100,000 times better. Especially with depression. But heartbreak has been wearing on me, sucking all the fun and color out of life. I hate everyone who is happy. Which makes it especially difficult to be excited about doing the whole Maid of Honor thing in August. ARRRRRGGGGGHHHH

Status:

Five weeks I have made all 10000 steps every day

My yard and my home have been kept up properly for four weeks. I doubled my prozac right around four weeks ago

For three weeks I've managed to get up on time and SHOWER before work. EVEN WITHOUT HOT WATER!!!

Two weeks running, I have purchase and prepared healthy food. I've even gone so far as to eat it.

I haven't had a french fry or fast food in one week.

Today, I'm going to do some yoga. It won't kill me. It will make these other things better.

DANG, grrrrl, you've been rocking the caring for yourself thing, especially in the midst of rough emotional stuff. The steps and food thing alone are amazing, let alone the rest of it. I'm thinking I should shower soon after getting home, cuz I Reeeally ought to have done it before work (except that I was running so late). Yoga sounds like an awesome addition - that one of the few things I've been Mostly getting to, and it Helps.

You Have been struggling for so long (there was so much health and death crap going down Before the heartbreak). That's what makes all of these accomplishments all the more brave and impressive. And I can only hope that in the way of positive feedback loops these good steps lead to more good stuff, and pronto. It's overdue! <3 <3 <3.

It's SO hard not to over-do when overdoing it looks like the easiest workouts we can imagine. I kept getting killed by beginner bootcamp on easy mode, then I wouldn't go back to the gym for weeks. I went twice this week, as well as to do yogas, so I'll call it a win. So glad the yoga helped you! Gardening is no-joke stooping exercise, good to loosen up the posterior chain the next day!
