Vampire Diaries hit it out of the park last night. Thank you creating staff for *finally* giving us some resolution for the past four seasons.

Just so the world knows, in the final scene I wept. I honestly didn't believe I cared enough about the characters or the show to be moved by it again. I am so glad I was wrong.

That last scene. GAHHHHH! I laughed as I blinked back the tears because it was so very very Damon to mourn Alaric like that.

I got blinky during the bar scene when Damon said that the empty chair next to him was taken.

But then Elena managed Damon [i love it when she manages him] and just walked around to his otherside and it shortened the moment for me

I watched this yesterday and I think the only reason I didn't cry is that I was watching it at my desk at work which means interruptions that affect the overall emotional impact. But it was amazing.

Did you watch this week's DWTS yet? I just watched those during lunch today and the Monday group dance? Awesome! I thought of you.
