VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW VAMPIRE DIARIES TONIGHT!!!!!

Skin to skin is finished before the new episodes just like I promised myself. I haven't got them ready to post but the worst of it is over. I have never actually finished a WIP that was more than 3 chapters long so I feel like this is a bigger accomplishment than it actually is.


Sunday, providing everything works out just so I am going to meet up with mosca and possibly thistle90 as they will be in my state for the Figure Skating Championships. I'm really excited to see Mosca, I haven't since WriterCon back in Atlanta. GOD that was an *amazing* con. I met so many awesome people there. And guess what? You're all still on my flist. I may not be able to do long term romance but I've got the long-term online thing *down*.


All Main Level ceilings have been primed and *finish coated*



The HVAC men are at the house right now finishing up the ducting installation upstairs. Once that is done and there's some damn heat up there we're going to finish painting the ceilings and walls upstairs too. I had originally planned on waiting for that but fuck it. I want it DONE.

I have an incredibly busy weekend lined up:

* I have a *date* tomorrow at lunch

* Movies tomorrow night with J: The Mechanic 'cause we both can't live without Jason Statham in our lives and The Green Hornet because we have never come across a comic book movie we wouldn't go see

* Saturday, teach, work on house, then I have to be an extra in a dinner theater murder mystery. The things I do for Heather. Sheesh. Then we're going to see Jim

* Sunday brunch as mentioned above with two other social engagements scheduled for later.

I am going to be one tired B

I went to a press screening for The Mechanic 2 weeks ago & I really liked it. But, just so you know, Ben Foster totally steals the film. *g*

When I closed in October I never imagined I would still be in my basement apartment 3 mortgage payments later. BUT it will be ready for me. There will still be projects, but there will not be PROJECTS, which makes all the difference.
