I love vegetables. LOVE them with an unholy passion. I love the South. Not unholy like my love for veggies but I love it. I cannot stand what the South does to veggies. Why must all veggies [and fruits for that matter] be cooked to mush before it can be served? Or if it's not cooked to mush battered and fried? It makes no sense! It destroys all the good for you stuff inside the veggies not to mention the flavor too!

The guys have a pressure cooker [2 actually] and they're obsessed with it. 3 hour meals suddenly become 20 minute meals. I imagine it'd be life-altering for you guys too.

I've taught one before [impromtu not scheduled] and I've taken a few, but it's been a while. I'm really looking forward to it.
