I love Kurt Sutter [creator/writer/show runner Sons of Anarchy], I think that is a surprise to exactly no one. I follow his blog and his twitter and he cracks me up pretty much daily. Check out his check out his latest blog entry where he offers Conon O'Brien a role on Sons next season.
The alarm went off and I hit snooze. The alarm went off and I hit snooze again and had the following debate with myself
I'll do it tonight
No, really I will. I'll just sleep for the next hour and do it tonight.
It's back and legs, if I wait and do it tonight I won't be able to move Saturday.
I'll do it tonight, who cares if I'm so sore I can't move.
Remember how good and "high" feeling you've been all week? Get up and do it.
I got up and did it and I feel fucking FANTASTIC. Seriously, I've felt the best this week that I've felt in a long, *long* time. I also think the only way to do this particular work out [excluding the yoga disc for me] is to do it in the morning. That way I'm still moving all day long and working out the soreness and stretching a bit, instead of doing it after work and Y and going straight to bed. If I did that I really wouldn't be able to move.
The Back and Legs disc is AWESOME. I love how he makes fun of his twiggy calves. I hadn't noticed it before but they ARE twiggy. The rest of him is big and buff and he's on these little toothpick calves.
