The significance of saying someone's first name rather than their last name as an indicator of twu wuv was tired in 1997. As tired as it is -- and it is -- I can still swallow it more easily than using the Gryffindor and Slytherin epithets when they're 30 fucking years old. (Although this makes you and I 30-something and 40-something cheerleaders, I guess, so win.)
