Ahahaha! It is totally a Miss Piggy face and voice that he does... until it gets too serious, and then he treats it with the seriousness it deserves.
Yeah, there's part of me that loves the Will thing for the unrequitedness and pining and the fact that he seems like he cares about her more than Peter does. But I agree that he has too much Peter in him to be right for her now she doesn't need another guy who cares way more about his job than he ever could for her.
