Your fingers caress worn, familiar, leather. A loose thread draws your attention. It's (another) wound visible to all. Now there's a fresher, deeper one. Visible in the eyes, in the flex of the jaw. Hands flex and ball into fists, helpless to save and protect. Aching to strike and avenge.

Trapped in a vicious cycle.

Thrust. Counter. Parry. (his)
Deceive. Obscure. Heal. (yours)

You've both gone Nomad. No club, no hospital. No harbor of refuge.

"I'm going to kill them." Resolution. "Or die trying."

"I know." Because what's his (family) is now yours you make your own vow. "I'll help."

I'm really curious to see what happens with Tara's career. I'm so worried for what it's going to mean for her relationship with Jax. But I loved in the reveal from Gemma the way she told Tara to stay. The personal dynamics in this show are just so amazing.

Nice drabble to deal with it all.

They've been drawing hard parallels between Gemma and Tara for a long time now, I'm happy to see some between her and Jax. I'm *very* worried about her career. There's something about the woman at the hospital that sets me on edge, she feels like a plant to me. She probably isn't, I'm paranoid at this point that *everybody* is on Zoebelle's payroll.
