Aw, YAY for incremental progress! My only lean? protein recommendation is ham cuz it's easy to do lunch meats, but it's also only so lean and salty AF, so it may not be what your gut is looking for. I know eggs can get tiresome, though, and cooking is Rough (I've done so little cooking lately, it's embarrassing. If it weren't for G, I'd be living on take out).
