I saw the 3D (on accident, I usually avoid those) and the lips I noticed especially in natural light scenes) but I didn't notice the countouring. I did notice that Chris Evans and ScarJo may possibly have the world's two most perfect asses, though. I also noticed that in The Avengers.

I do not remember this eyeliner you speak of.
