good wife
For about 20 minutes, my heart pounded and I was on the complete edge of a fangirl flail because I THOUGHT the show was going to give us, Florrick/Agos and that they were going to take Kalinda on as a partner [because for realz nothing happens on that show without K's manipulation]
and then she chose to stay with the firm and I seriously contemplated writing ~100,000 Florrick/Agos/Sharma AU and then I was tired and went to bed.
DAMN YOU SHOW FOR TEASING ME WITH AMAZING THINGS THAT AREN'T GOING TO HAPPEN

This whole story line felt rushed to me. I mean, I guess I was glad that making partner didn't get its whole season or something? But it's early for that, and the whole "we have lots of money now, yay! Let's back out of a spoken contract with other lawyers" start seemed... implausible. I did enjoy David being smarmier than ever, and the idea of Florrick/Argos, although that seemed premature, just as Alicia said. But maybe they'll go that way some day? It made me happy that they're still sharing an office, even though the firm was in the black, mostly because I've enjoyed their dynamic. They were great during the mock trial.
Mostly, though, I was really glad that Elsbeth and Eli got their story line. Even if the whole DoJ thing has Also seemed pretty out there at times, I pretty much love their faces doing anything, even Eli looking worried for most of the episode.
Turned out I hadn't seen the last one or this one, so TGW was pretty much how I spent my whole evening. I should've played guitar and meditated to meet my goals? But this was a lot more fun, so no regrets :D.
