I want to get down to a 10 minute mile or under. I think you were right when you said it was the difference between a jog and a run. Or a friend of yours said and you repeated it to me.

I've got a plan. [plans are tres importante]. P90x 1/1/12-3/31/12 then start training for a marathon I've found in May. The extra muscle mass should improve my overall fitness level and give me the muscle I'll need to be both faster and able to run longer.

We'll see how it goes ;-)
