Sadly, the feminization of male characters is common in slash fic. The prevalence of it in a fandom that -- despite being so gay it sparkles should otherwise be as masculine as fandoms come -- [I can't figure out how to make my grammar proper for this sentence] is overwhelming, sickening, and should be shameful to everyone who reads and comments with anything other than disdain.
