Ugh - I hope the hospital stay is able to help Tom get back on his breathing feet!

Today the plan was to try swimming at the Y, just in case I do a tri eventually. Instead I slept 10 hours, and that wasn't entirely a bad choice *g*, but still - must try this soon!
