I just invested in the P90x.
I'm scared I'm going to give up and lose an asston of money so I will be posting as I do this. I discovered through Weight Watchers and when I first embarked upon The Plan, talking about it to an audience [real or imagined] makes me more accountable and determined to succeed.
Which leads me to a poll:

Wage a preventive war against Osteoporosis
Feel stronger and more confident
